Q1: Why does the screen show "no signal"?
A1: The connection may have failed or your device does not have a full-featured type-C port. The full-featured type-C port supports video signal transfer and power supply together. You could try to use the HDMI+USB-A ports on your device to connect with the laptop screen extender.
Q2: The screen not light up after connecting?
A2: It may be that your computer does not have enough power. Please charge the monitor using an external power supply that provides 5V/2A power. Please activate your laptop screen, and avoid putting your computer to sleep.
Q3: How can I tell if the USB-C port on my computer is full-featured?
A3: The USB-C port coming with one of the following symbols is a full-featured USB-C port. Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 port is also full-featured. You can view the port parameters in the manual or reference picture above.

If your laptop has two full-featured Type-C(USB-C) ports, just use two USB-C to USB-C cables to connect two screens. One for each side.
