1.Make sure you have plug the cable in the right port of the laptop monitor extender, and if use the HDMI cable, please add extra USB-A to USB-C cable to power supply.
2.It may be that your laptop is low battery or voltage is insufficient, use an charge cable to charing your laptop or an extra USB-A to USB-C cable to power the monitor extender. You can also charge the monitor with an extra power supply(Wall charger) that provide 5V/2A or above.
3.Make sure your laptop is not M1, M2 and M3 chip Mac, this S3 laptop screen extender can not work with M1/M2/M3 chip, but can work with M1 Pro/Max, M2 Pro/Max chips laptop.
4.Please activate your laptop screen, avoid putting your computer to sleep.
Q: Why does one monitor show "No Signal"?
1.USB-C cable Connection:
Make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is full-founctioned, and plug the USB-C cable on the right port (TYPE-C1 & TYPE-C2 marked) of the KEFEYA laptop screen extender.
2.HDMI cable Connection:
Check the back of the laptop monitor extender，make sure you have plug the HDMI to USB-C cable in the Type-C port with HDMI marked of the screen extender(There's font identification). Connect another USB-A to USB-C cable to your laptop and the portable monitor extender to power supply, then active your laptop after connected.

Q: How To Connect?
Each portable screen of KEFEYA S3 requires both power and a video signal in order to function:
Power can be supplied via either the laptop's USB-A or USB-C ports, video signal is carried through the laptop's HDMI or full-featured USB-C port.
With laptop's full function USB-C port can transmit power and video signals, you only need one cable to make one monitor of KEFEYA S3 work (2 screens connection requires 2 full-featured USB-C cables).
1.If your laptop has two full-featured Type-C(USB-C) ports, just use two USB-C to USB-C cables to connect two screens. One for each side.
2.If your laptop have one full-featured Type-C(USB-C) and HDMI port, then connect one screen with the included USB-C to USB-C cable, connect the other screen with the included HDMI to USB-C cable for display(video transmission) and USB-A to USB-C cable for power supply. 3 included cables are needed in this scenario.
3.If your laptop just has a HDMI port with some USB-A ports, you can buy a HDMI spliter or USB-A to HDMI adapter with MST to make you have two DHMI ports for 2 portable screen connection, then connect each portable extended screen with the included customized HDMI to USB-C cable for video transmission and USB-A port for power supply. Please feel free to contact KEFEYA to get an extra customized HDMI to USB-C cable in this case.
4.If your laptop has neither a full-featured Type-C(USB-C) port nor a HDMI port, then an extra USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI output adapter/docking station or hub with MST is needed. We need two HDMI ports to connect to tansmit data and video signal, one DHMI port to connet each portable screen, also need a USB-A to USB-C cable or external power source to power each portable screen, normally we need 4 ports (two HDMI and two USB-A) to connenct the portable tripple sceen monitor extender in this case.
