About Taxes

Goods from all our warehouses have not paid delivery tax. If the package is inspected by customs in the destination country, the customer must pay import duties, duties and taxes.

Shipping address change

For requests to change the shipping address, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

Incorrect Address

If you put an incorrect address during checkout and product return to our store after delivery, then we will not be responsible for the loss of your order.

Item is out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock item immediately and once the remaining items are back in stock.

Beyond delivery time

If the delivery time is longer than estimated, please contact us so we can investigate. Due to Covid-19, there will be some delay in delivery.

Package damaged in transit

If you find the package damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package arrives without you, please contact customer service for next steps.

Cancel

If you change your mind before receiving the order, we can accept cancellation at any time before the order is shipped. We cannot cancel or change the order if the package has already been shipped.

Insurance

The loss and damage insurance for the package does not exceed the value stated by the courier.

Package lost in transit

Once the courier investigates and believes the package is lost, we will process a refund or replacement immediately.
